Consulting Services

Our services begin with a comprehensive assessment that involves a conversation between you and your provider. The assessment helps develop an accurate picture of the problem and determine which service is right for you.  We also provide substance use and career assessments, and a wide variety of screening tools and tests to obtain additional information that may be helpful during the assessment, and throughout therapy. We are now offering the COPE Program to children, teens, and young adults! COPE is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills-building interventions that help individuals face their fears and take control of their emotions by reducing negative or unhelpful thoughts, increasing healthy behaviors, and improving communication and problem-solving skills. When people learn to COPE in positive ways, the brain grows new pathways to better manage stress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms. Through a series of 7 easy-to-follow sessions, this evidence-based program offers hope for change and enhances resilience for all!

Some youth experience emotions more intensely than others. Our Intense Emotions program consists of 6 sessions with an emphasis on emotion and behavior regulation skills. It is based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) often used to treat a wide range of conditions including mood and anxiety issues, personality disorders, self-harm and suicidality, traumatic stress, various addictions, and more. If you would like to learn more adaptive ways to manage painful feelings, reduce self-destructive behaviors, and enhance social functioning, this program is for you!
