Message from the Founders
We believe every person has a story, every story is valuable, and no one is meant to walk through life’s hardest seasons alone.
In 2021, we founded Progress with a shared vision: to create a place where professional excellence, psychological insight, and faith come together. We believe true healing involves the whole person- mind, body, and spirit. Wherever you are spiritually, you are welcome here. Our hope is that you experience exceptional professional care and meaningful support, along with the reminder that you are known, valued, and never alone.
The name Progress reflects a belief that growth rarely happens all at once. Progress can be a breakthrough, but just as often, it is found in the quieter moments- the incremental changes taking place within us, a new perspective, a healthier choice, a repaired relationship, or the courage to take a difficult first step.
We also believe counseling is more than a profession. It is a calling. When a counselor’s calling intersects someone’s desire to grow, something powerful can happen. Hope can be restored, healing can begin, guiding people toward greater wholeness and who they were created to be.
We are humbled by the trust placed in us and deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve the families and communities who invite us into their stories. Thank you for allowing Progress to be part of your story.
We believe there is hope for what feels broken, purpose in the process, and grace for every step along the way.
With gratitude and hope,
Darin & Jill Dodds
