Our clinicians are trained in effective, research-based psychotherapeutic models, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and more.

Darin D. Dodds, MED, LPCC-S
Founder | Clinician | Supervisor
Darin is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Clinical Supervisor. He completed his training at Malone University, earning a Master's degree in Education and Clinical Counseling. Darin received formal biblical instruction and integration education at Winebrenner Theological Seminary and Malone, equipping him to deliver values-driven care. Darin's areas of clinical focus include mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, grief and loss, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, personality, sexual purity, marriage and family difficulties, and parenting.

Julie M. Krieg, MSW, LISW-S
Supervisor
Julie is a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Ohio State University. Julie’s passion for providing therapy and support to families has been displayed throughout her practice in diverse settings such as private practice, schools, group homes, foster care, and outpatient clinics. She is committed to using her therapeutic and supervisory expertise to assist practicing clinicians and student interns in providing exceptional patient care through ongoing professional development and clinical supervision.

Lisa L. Wright, MSW, LSW
Clinician
Lisa is a Licensed Social Worker with experience serving in diverse settings such as private practice, behavioral health clinics, inpatient programs, and local justice systems. She earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Cleveland State University, and is passionate about enhancing the lives of youth and adults. Lisa’s primary areas of focus include mood and anxiety disorders, psychological trauma, personality, grief, life transitions, criminality and addiction, marriage and family, and parenting.

Tammy M. Baumunk, MSPC, LPC
Clinician
Tammy is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience helping individuals and families through a variety of difficult life experiences. She earned a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling at Lee University, with a minor in religious studies. Tammy serves adults and youth, and her clinical focus includes mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, parenting guidance, and family and relationship challenges.

Valerie R. Christman, MS, LPC
Clinician
Valerie is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience serving youth and adults in private practice. She earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wright State University, and works with youth and adults and a variety of family and relationship dynamics. Her clinical focus includes mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, personality, sexual purity, family and relationship challenges, and parenting.
