Progress provides Clinical and Training Supervision to counselors and social workers in Ohio. Whether you're a new graduate, an intern, or an experienced clinician seeking supervision, we're here to support your professional journey. Our Supervisors provide the guidance, feedback, and mentorship required to enhance your clinical skills, ensure ethical and competent patient care, and fulfill your calling while advancing your career.
Our goal is to provide a supportive, encouraging, and collaborative environment to grow personally and professionally, increase clinical effectiveness, and discover your unique identity as a clinician.
INDIVIDUAL SUPERVISION
Individual supervisory sessions will be one hour in length and scheduled according to your licensure board’s requirements. Each session focuses on case conceptualization, intervention planning, ethical concerns, and professional development. Supervisees receive personalized attention and tailored guidance to address their unique needs and goals.
GROUP SUPERVISION
Group supervisory sessions will also be one hour in length and scheduled according to your licensure board's requirements. Interactive group discussion allows supervisees to learn from each other, gain new perspectives, and explore shared challenges. Participants benefit from the collective wisdom and support of the group.
REMOTE SUPERVISION
Individual or group supervision sessions may be conducted online using a secure virtual platform.
